A few noobie questions

Hello everybody. I am about to start playing SoD and I would like to ask everyone a few questions.

1. How is the solo'ability compared to the regular EQ? Is it possible to solo or is it like the regular EQ and it's nearly impossible to solo beyond lv. 20?

2. Do the planes of power exist? I don't mean the pok books but well, like the plane of tranquility, plane of nightmare - I think that's what it was called and all those other high lv. planes where leveling was way faster?

3. Does Luclin exist? If so, is there a auction room where everyone stands to auction their goods?

4. Are there mounts in SoD?

5. Is Fippy Darkpaw alive and well in SoD?

I guess that's all of the main questions I have. I know SoD is a completely different game from EQ but I was just very curious as to whether these similarities existed or not. I'll play to find out everything else that I can.

I also want to let the Administrators say I think they're doing an awesome job. I've read all of the rules, guidlines, starter guides and everything and I am in 100% agreement on all of the rules and guidelines and it's very refreshing to see that you'll set down the rules that I find so necessary to having a great experience in a game. Thank you and keep up the excellent work.

sololing to 65 and beyond is possible and a viable option for many players

currently the plane of air, plane of torment, and bastion of thunder zones are in the game

auction is a worldwide channel here, and there is a powerful item listing system that makes it so you dont have to stand around to sell your stuff

I soloed my way from 1 to 65 with few exceptions, so much better (ok I'm a ranger and noone wants to play with me but thats another story)

Not in that form. Zones, NPC, quests are totally different from what you may know. There are zones with better exp in every level range tho, and the best thing: it tells you how much exp bonus you get.

There is no moon in SoD. Some Luclin zones are in tho. Theres an auction channel, and a listvault system. Search the forums for details.

4. Are there mounts in SoD?
No. Probably never will be.

5. Is Fippy Darkpaw alive and well in SoD?
Sadly, no.

A small portion of PoK is also used. Tower of solusek Ro was also used at one point, and PoAir was an old plane, iirc.

poair is pop, airplane/posky is classic
