A ceremonial burial priest (ancestral mask of tal'yan)

So i've spent about 30 hours in yaralith the last week trying to get this mob to spawn. I've tried killing just the mob who spawns near him under the assumption he was just a PH. I've tried killing every mob in zone like nikoslav suggested to me. I've sat around and waited to see if it just was a random spawn. Am I really unlucky or did someone break this mobs spawn?

i killed a random named mon ontop of a small pyramid like think in one of the small areas within the maze and as soon as i killed it i saw a message about the special mask mob you are talking about spawning. i think the named i killed was "a buried high priest' or some such

He finally popped tonight when I logged my bard to see if he was having the same lag issues guildmaters were having, a mob aggro'd me I killed it and he popped. Apparently I just have awful luck.
