My friend and I are currently looking for a casual guild that Is active!! we would perfer a guild that raids at least once a week and does not mind if we miss raids here or there, also wouldn't mind us boxing.

at the moment our chars are 47 war, 44 sham, 44 monk and 44 druid. (and leveling fast)

Well, Black Hammer Mercenaries is friendly and casual... We are not really raid capable, but raiding isn't our priority. We enjoy getting together to storm a zone for quest drops and whatnot though. We have a few people over 60, lots of alts 20-60, with most people at the moment hovering in the 45-60 range. About a half dozen people online every evening, more when we mobilize for a guild night. Have a look, and let us know if you're interested.
 
Not sure if you and your friends are still looking for a guild, but I wanted to let you know that Aeternus is a casual raid guild. We raid once a week, and have an informal guild night a second night of the week. We stress the casual aspect of the guild and there is no pressure to attend raid events or even stay to the end of the event. Aeternus is a fairly small guild but we have a strong raid force that we can take into tier 4 raiding areas.
