303 error

I've read almost every post on this topic but have yet been able to resolve and get shards to run

I have the same problem! When I try to start of the eqgame.exe using the SoD patcher it says "String error 303" and crashes. please help!

See this thread for a common fix: http://www.shardsofdalaya.com/forum/index.php?topic=14237.0 (making sure you are fully patched to live up to and including GoD).

PS: I'm assuming you realize this is an emu for live's first version, not the second correct? I ask because some were seeing this error in previous instances because they were trying to run our patcher with EQII and not I. =P
