303 error message and then some( yes again)

i'm sure ya'll are tired of seeing these threads( or havent seen one in a while) now, i have searched around and read that basically what i need to do is go out and buy the titanium edition of EQ and that will make things all gravy.

my problem is that i really dont wanna expend the effort it takes to go out and find that, considering i have most/all of the expansions CD's up to where the website says i need to be( GoD). can someone list the name of each expansion i'm supposed to have in order for the sod pather to work? i currently have installed: EQ classic, ruins of kunark, scars of velious, shadows of luclin, planes of power, gates of discord, omens of war and dragons of norrath.

do i need to use the EQ patcher and download some things?

"if so, anyone have any clue as to why i cannot just run the eq.exe file? it makes a new process, but not a new task" - fixed, my IP blocker was blocking communication, the patcher boots up when i turn it off

now, any ideas as to how to fix this 303 string not found error?

edit: do i need to run the EQLive patcher?

edit2: seems like i'm missing the legacy of ykesha and lost dungeons of norrath expansions, which i bought and downloaded digitally when they came out, any ideas ( legally and freely) on how i can get those 2 again? station wouldnt accept my old username/pass and the email they have is dead, so any ideas?

soooo.... basically b/c i downloaded those expansions and didnt get those cds i cant play this? bummer was kinda looking forward to re-rolling a druid/warrior

Basically no.

The reason you cant play is because you dont have what is needed, regardless of whether or not you have the cds or dont.

i understand that much, i just have the cds for every other expansion except those 2( which i actually paid for, i just have no CD/data to show for it). i was just wondering if anyone knew a way to re-download a expansion that you bought and bought & downloaded
 
Unfortunately, the only legal ways you can acquire those expansions is either by a new purchase or through the company itself. You used to be able to download those expansions again after ending your subscription with the company but they killed that option a while ago.

Probably the only two legal ways to do it is either resubscribe with the company for a month, use some kind of free welcome back offer (they offer it once in a while I've heard), or buy a copy of titanium.

In my own opinion, finding a cheap copy of titanium is probably the easiest solution as you will never be in this position again of not having an expansion to which you paid.

I understand how you feel but there is nothing else we can tell you that will help. We definitely can't direct you to any other method that might be available as that would put Shards at risk.
 
thanks crunchy and i completly understand ^_^

i'f i find a cheap copy of titanium while out shopping then i may pick it up and play SoD, but otherwise until i get those 2 expansions i cant play ( i dont gots a credit card =p)
