Well there have been a few changes recently in my guild and this might be premature but my friend and I might be in the market for a week day raiding guild. This is not 100% certain but just checking to see what possible options we have if things don't go as planed.

We are good friends and wish to join the same guild. Raiding T4+ Content in a guild with ACTIVE members outside of raiding.
 
Retribution is about to open up recruiting, we're too heavily boxed atm

We raid only two nights a week because most of us have lives. However, we are still a raiding guild, so we do expect high attendance for those two nights. We go from 5pm PST to about 10pm PST on Monday and Wednesday nights and because it's only twice a week we want people who can stay the whole 5 hours.

We are solid Tier 5, and are capable of Tier 6, we just need to cut down on the boxes.

well I can make some early evening raids but my time zone is EST i'm usualy around from 11pm-6am
If any guilds raid early I can possably change when I play from 11pm-6am to 9am-5pm
