2 boxing Problems

Every time I 2box one of my programs always goes LD every 10 minutes i can practiacally guess when its going to happen.. My connection is great and such but it just goes LD, anything that can help me?
 
Check your Datarate.txt file even though you may have an awesome connection - you are better off setting it lower from 7 or 8 to 2 or 3
 
If it goes off like clockwork it is could be a routing issue with some type of keepalive. I'm not an expert with how EQ communicates however I've seen the same problem with many other types of communications.
