1hs and 2hs skill stuck at 214 for a 57?

My skills seem to be stuck. my bash and spell casting skills have capped at 235 for my level but weapon skills are stuck at 214.

I am a pally at lvl 57, and a friend of mine(also a pally at 57) has the same problem only they're stuck at 212 for her.

Is there some way to fix this or should I just sit and wait patiently for a patch?

(edit) Also I seem to have put this in the wrong place. Not sure how that happened...

well I know that bards singing/instrument skill raising was broken once so maybe that jsut happened here.

Well I've put in a petition so hopefully I'll get an answer from a GM.

petition is not really for bugs of this type because it's nothing a GM can fix.

I heard of this happening before. All the person did was gain the next level then it all worked out.

Well I leveled, to try and fix it even though I was staying 57 to do some traek, and I was able to raise it my skill to 216. Is this a recent change or something? +2 past 50 instead of +5? If so I wouldn't be able to get to 250 at that rate.

(edit)Got to 59, again +2 skill and it maxes. =(
