10 dose helt's breathlessness

So I made a 10 dose 60 minute eb potion, ran my cleric to everfrost, clicked the potion, and jumped into the water. Didn't notice at first that I had a breath bar counting down.

For some strange reason, the effect on this normally EB potion is Reflection Shield.

Is this a recent error, a known error, or is this supposed to be a reflection shield after all?

Wasn't sure if this was the right place to post this. Figured it was an item though.
