+10 dodge removed from Melodic Legplates .. why?

I just noticed that Melodic Legplates had their +10 Dodge skill removed?

Is this intended? and if so, why? All other thaz gear has kept their skill mods as far as i see (didnt check it all of all classes)

Really hope this is just a mistake and not intended.

ok just got told it was nerfed on all the melee legs... but why not add a line to the patch notes.

This is a minor case but sometimes it really sucks if things silently change - some info is appreciated =)

I suggested the dodge mod be removed over a year ago. I guess some things just take time to notice.

even thou i didnt get to try them out with the dodge mod from sanctum for a Woppin' 20 dodge..
it woulda been awesome, i am also glad i get another bank slot $$$$
