i think you are confused.

the murk quest page hasn't been changed since i created it and the related template hasn't been edited since 2009.

the gruplok faction page still shows faction required.

if you see a list of quests with errors in it, usually fixing the information on the quest page(s) is the best way to fix it. that said, there are some improvements which could be made to the faction page quest template.
