Please help with Error 1001

I am new to this and I keep getting Error 1001. All my firewalls r down and I have also been through all 5 pages form searching about error 1001. It seems like they r all saying the same thing and no one has any answers to it. I am running vista and i know EQ works cause i played the retail version before. If anyone has any solutions to this problem your help would be greatly appreciated.

I fixed it by after installing it I moved the **** folder to C:\ and that seemed to fix it.
