Dalayan history/lore?

Dalayan Beginner
Hello, I'm new to SoD and wondering where I can read up on Dalayan history, such as wars, bloodlines, history of races, demographics, govenment and religious institutions, etc.

Also where do I find the person whom I speak "I bear the truth" to?
 
This often goes without saying, but the books your character is supplied with in The Dream are also a good source of basic information on the lore as well.
