no stats on it.. but it'd still be great for melees that have to fight stuff with damage shields on it, and for classes that cant dispell in duels also.. :)

Dispell didnt work in duels when I tried it in Kerra, even when you /d. Tried it on Mudge and said Your Target is Protected from your blah blah
