Actually, for anybody interested in learning more about photography, as well as photoshop and other editing tools, www.worth1000.com is an amazing resource. It's especially good for photoshopping enthusiasts, but it also has competitions for photography and writing as well. The best tools for learners are the multiple photoshopping tutorials on everything from colorization (at least 4 different ways!) to blending to lighting to layers. But that aside, it's still a great place to go see some amazing work.
