Tailoring is nicely implemented on WR, with the exception of the extreme tedium of rounding up supplies. For the lower level Leather/Studded leather, etc, it makes no sense for tailoring to be so difficult.
Make wolf pelts, bear pelts, and spider silks buyable. This will encourage tailoring in general, while still leaving the special tailored items rare.
Also, i shudder to think of the difficulty of obtaining the shaman made potions... With the usual 1 or less shamans online...
