Level 64 Cleric self only FEAR immune buff?

I suppose the problem with this spell is self explanatory. It really needs an overhaul.

Is Dragon Roar LOS? I was thinking make Faithshield a cleric only resist all buff that stacks. But I guess my experience could be biased to not killing many dragons that I cant outright resist.
