Fluctuator Quest

I did the fluctuator quest and after seeing the reward and linking it to various people, in guild mainly, everyone seems to think (me included) that the reward is not worth the trouble. I would suguest (and more with me) to change the +dex (wich does nothing for casters) to +cha (lesser amount if needed). This would make it a much better reward and considering the ingredients needed for the quest not too good i think.

I agree, dex is useless, and as is, enchanters have no reason to do this quest.

No reason? I've always thought int (15) and mana (120) were good for ench's...~_~

Eh, really. The thing has 15int, 60hp, 120mana and 25 Save vs Cold, not to mention Damage Increment IV, Primary OR Secondary... and you're thrown off because it has 10 dex?

The way I see it, if there hadn't been dex at all, there would have been no "This item isn't good." complaints. This is probably one of the better caster items I've seen as of yet, so please stop obsessing over such an incredibly minor issue and be proud that you have it.

I will say it's an awesome mana increaser and nice dmg increment. However Until I find items to increase my charisma from the loss of my current primary I would not finish this quest. All the mana in the world doesn't help you if your unable to land a spell on a target. Cha isn't just an enchanter on WR, Low Charisma = resist.
