Lost char

Hi guys!
I was playing on WR several months ago, got my enc into his 30's and than left.. when i came back I've learned that you guys had a charwipe and my char is lost, altough when i tried to create another char named like this server refused like it'd be there somewhere in the dark places of your database.. :D Are you permanently deleting the chars during a wipe? maybe there is a possibility to get him back? would be great.. ;/

Name was Plunkett, high elf enc.
