Newbie Iksar Monk four part Armor quest

I have successfully completed the first two quests in the four part armor quest. The third however is eluding me. I have killed many many Froglok Sentry's and none have dropped the tattered Chainmail that is required for the quest. Also I have killed three Froglok Neophytes and none have dropped the required item for the quest. Am I missing something here. It doesn't seem like a newbie armor quest should be this dificult.
Any information that can be provided will be appreciated.

you need scraps off the sentrys. its not chainmail, looks like two twigs. the fire crystal can be gotten in several spots inside. let me know in game if your still working on this. i spent one day and did all the mnk iksar quests and got to lvl 10 hunting for the stuff.
