Main Quest: Haley Swansong (sp?) in LFay

I just started playing and am having problems that no one ingame has been able to answer so far.

I started in underhill and my note said to find Haley Swansong in LFay.

I found her, and after answering the lore questions, she told me to bring her a High Elf bone from the grass near the old high elf city.

I've looked all over outside the city (in gfay), and in both zones within the city and can't find anything. No ground spawns at all. Am I supposed to kill one of the guards or something (impossible for my rockin' level 5 chanter) or is this portion bugged? Or am I just missing something obvious?

There used to be a ground spawn of bones between the bridge and a tree in South Athica (formerly Felwithe). I don't know if they still spawn there or not though.

When I got one it was a ground spawn to the left, just before the bridge, right after you zoned into Athica.

My spawn was right in front of that tree before the bridge.
But that was before the restoration effort.

I couldnt find it the first time i was there, waited for it prob. around 1 RL hour.
I just came back the next time I was passing through and saw it there.

Thanks for the replies. I ran through there but didn't see it. I'll go back again tonight and see. I was just worried the spawn was bugged or something.

I saw the bone just last night near the tree on the left where that retired high elf is seated.
