Legitimate server?

I'd like to know if this is a legitimate server where everything is basically hard earned and not jsut given, as in death drops on death, able to go hungry, hp doesnt regen 2-5% a sec, unlimited mana, summmonable commands, 2 days to get to lvl 50 etc.. I've tried it out a bit but i'd like to know from the old time players if this is a nice long term server where i can invest time in and get a good feel of the area and the community around me. I haven't found a server that roughly matches EQLive in legitimitness, and I hope I can finally end that serch with this one.

HP regen is jacked up a couple points and exp is a little accelerated, no auto leveling, no item summoning or insta-healing :D . also the server is basically 100% custom. custom items, custom spells, custom story line. heck even the zones dont connect as they normally do! roleplaying is preferred, especially during storyline type events. basically, Winter's Roar is downright awesome. :)

Also depends on when you play. If your still working on leveling, and play early morning EST time, its hard to get a group. Level 30 and only got in one group so far, but mainly because i play early morning and very late nite.
