It actually just takes you to the first result.

That doesn't explain why it the first result though, maybe a google bias by one of the employees. The web page doesnt even contain the text failure in it.
Second result is www.michaelmoore.com ... so were get both ends of the spectrum... likewise no 'failure' on the page.
