How to make a guild

1) Come up with a name that isn't plain offensive or incredibly stupid.

2) Find 9 like-minded souls to join you.

3) Get yourself and the 9 like-minded souls online at the same time in the same place ingame.

4) Petition.

5) Wait.

To make this as absolutely clear as possible:

10 people does not mean you and your four friends can DC up a guild. It needs to be ten unique people, and I'm anal enough about it to check each and every one.
