A few old school Afterlife members including myself stumbled onto this server. Its the first free server we have ever played on and so far its great. It almost brings us back....almost. Well I ( Thorian ) brought a few of my friends along for this strange and unusual ride. At the moment we have Delnatha Denzalo Brilian Shadowy and I, possibly even more. We have our names already in place but have had some fun today with 6 gnome mages running around and taking screenshots for everyone =)
Here isnt the place to talk about our gnomes but if you would like to ill post something up on the general discussion. What id like is your feedback on making our guild again. More info on this as you guys post.

aye it is pretty awesome but were at a damn halt right now. Gich/Dich is having GF problems so its hard to lvl without him.

Hey this is Gich/Dich and yes I am haveing GF problems sadly but I am trying to get on as much as I can. I also hope that we get this guild up soon, I really want to play high end on this new a fun place! :)

Well we have some general knowledge of the server now and all that good stuff. Few more AL friends are coming and making new chars soon. We want to try to make the guild within a few days from today. Possibly taking a few lucky ones with us for the beating. Will let you know.

Yes but that isnt the idea. Im trying to make the guild with less than 10 people so we dont have to use people then kick them.

I'm gonna drop the requirement down to 5 because we have roughly half the playerbase we did pre-CnD.

Afterlife has been made. First week may be slow getting our mains up out of the water and a website back up. After that will start looking into some lucky people.

Just wondering if Mavik is still around?
I am a noob here myself and just learning the ropes as of 3AM this morning heh. I dont want to be a burden on tag along so if you guys are going to hard core grind it out I'll just keep puttering on but if you want another noob body to add to your friends list for grouping I've started an Ikky Monk. Got him to 6 or 7 this morning and will hit 15 tonight. Always looking for competant peopel to group with =)

I got really excited when Boogi (Gich/Dich) mentioned that possibility of Afterlife being reborn here, looked up to AL for such a long time on MM, of course by the time i got my Bard anywhere near AL standards, the WoW beta was out and only a few AL were left.
How hardcore are ya going to playing here? Ive mainly just been having fun on my Druid/Monk here, but ill do what i have to for a chance to be considered as one of the lucky people.

Sorry I havent been to the forums much, been really busy with some RL shit and a website for the SoD AL. To answer about the Mavik question. No i havent played Live for so long that I dont even know who is playing anymore.
Darm, the AL players of WoW have no intensions in coming back to any form of EQ. Sad but true ;(
Arik, right now its casual and fun. We all have to admit that there are professional people and beginners on SoD. Dont get me wrong, I dont mind playing with beginners but if its a constant thing then it starts to irritate me a little bit. Shit like, breaking mez 3 times, we tell you not to, they continue to do so on purpose 10 more times. ..."sigh"... Well Arik, we will soon open up a website and put up an application process but right now with the small database of people playing we cant get what we want at this very moment. Talk to me on either Denzalo or Arele and we'll get you set up on our ventrilo channel to talk. As for all of you with some professional experience. This goes for all of you.
How hardcore are we going to be? Well the AL that are here now cant be hardcore but we can be on a lot. So we will see what happens with that.

Not to patronize you or anything, but if you ever need a hand to get kickstarted with some raid mobs because you haven't quite geared your MT up to par or you're missing a cleric or whatever, feel free to look Legacy up on #legacy and ask if anyone would mind helping out. We're usually pretty helpful to everyone unless they give us a good reason not to be.

Hey everyone! Here's the update on the guild as we know it.
We had numerous people lined up and ready for abusement.
Those people didn't take us seriously.
They left either, they couldn't handle it or left without telling us.
Our good friend whom had the web hosting left so bye bye website for now =/.
Finals were due.....

NOW were back in order ( sort of )
Ready and willing to kick some ass now.

I remember you folks from when you were still active on the old live, hehe. I definitely want to be part of this. (In fact it was around the time Luclin came out that a buddy showed me some old photos from Afterlife loots, and I decided to get into a raiding guild for the first time :P)

Was that on Mith Marr? I was in NTA (Norrathian Trade Alliance) up until PoP when i was inspired by some Afterlife members, and then got more into raiding and catching up. (Ele Flagged all from Pickup Raids /shudder)

Well at first i wasn't doing much with MMPU, but after my first few flags i started doing alot with them, especially when we were attempting the EPs.
Oh, and i was Damax Remix (Human Bard) at the time i was in Novus Imperium, til i joined Dark Bane.

i was Gondorr, half elf bard :) i did bucketloads with MMPU for a couple of months
Ya by the time i joined Dark Bane, i was already part of the oldworld raiding group too, so i was too busy to do anything with MMPU anymore
