i dont exactly know how to go about this, but i would like the help the project in some way, whether it be packet collecting, code scrounging, etc. just need the devs to point me in the right direction of what to do.

EqEmu needs packet gathering at all times to ensure that it stays on par with eqlive. As soe patches their servers & the clients, everything changes.
