Where can i request an account?

I mean when i enter the game i get this message,that i need to read the rules and request an account.

I dont know if this is the rigth place,but if it is...

i want to play in the wintersroar server. Jbenison got me into it,and i suppose he will recomend me. :D

When you log in, you'll need to approve your account for play. MAKE SURE you have read the rules and agree to them. After you've logged in, you have 60 seconds to auto-enable your account. To do this, type: #doapproval. This should flag your account in order to play on Winter's Roar
