I am new, and have a few questions..

Is it possible to both play this and live, or will playing this permanately ruin live for me?

Will having files from 9 out of 10 expansions and the most recent patch make it impossible to play?

What expansions are used in SoD?

If someone can answer these, I will be thankful.

Simply copy your current EQ folder in its entirety to another location.

Rename that folder (I named it "SoD").

If needed, run your EQ executable in the new folder to patch this folder to current.

Then, download the files.zip package and extract it to your new folder, making sure to overwrite all files when it prompts you.

Follow the rest of the setup instructions located here (http://www.shardsofdalaya.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4467) and you should have a icon/folder to run both EQ and SoD with.

Provided you have enough hard drive space..... :D
