My sternum cracks. Just 2 pops tho. Always thought it was weird. No one I know can do it. Every so often it feels stiff and I have to stretch and pop it to feel comfortable again. First other person I have heard of! hehe

Just means your cartilage is stiffer than it should be (aka lower elastin count)...however if you pop one day and it hurts real bad...you might have just broke a rib lol

oh man awesome I thought I was the only one. I can crack mine too. It works best when its cold. I feel a tightening in my chest and can lean back really far and crack it. This is only a recent thing though after I was punched really hard in my chest. Crazy.
