"need to rerun patcher"

Im updated to live, installed fix, ran patcher, everything seems to run fine, connect to server, but when I go to load the game into the server, "rerun your patcher" blah blah, 1017-goodness, need to know if anyone knows a fix to this? if so thanks.

This can sometimes mean the server is down even though people are in it, it might be lieing about the people in it or they just didnt get kicked off yet, there are also many other things this may mean, but I do not know em all.
