Cannot connect.

I have followed all the setup procedures and I cannot connect. I've played Winter's Roar before and know how to get it working. I have updated EQlive with the latest update and think this might be the problem?

Can I get some help?

Well currently the server is down, and has been for about half a day now. Get on the IRC channel so you can be given up to date info. Link is on front page, half way down right side.
