cannot login

I'm new here to Winter's Roar... I've done everything to get into the game, but when i try to login in the everquest client, it gives me a message, something like "adding login to queue" and it freezes indefinitely. Help!

now i'm receiving error 1001. I have a feeling it has something to do with my eqhost.txt file. Can anyone tell me exactly what to put in there?

After you change the eqhost.txt file.. its suggested that you set it to read only as well.
