11 Bst and 11 wiz LFGuild had a 75 bst and 70 wiz on live thats all i got... i like to raid when im high enough

just stay in Dalaya's Beginners until you're raid level. trust me, it's much better that way.

yea i aint lookin for raid guild any guild for noobs. family/organized guildish maybe? if not, how do i go about re-apping to Dalaya's Beginners?

You likely need to either petition for it in game, or try and catch somebody with that kinda power in IRC.

And ya....make Dalayas Beginners your home for awhile. When your brain starts to bleed from seeing the same question asked for the 110435th time, then its time to move on, but you will learn alot about SoD there.
