Ok heres my Prob lol im new to this iv read the rules and all but i cant seem to "/Say" what i need to whin i first log in Im useing a laptop.any help whold be grate

ok let me say more about my prob here For some reson i cant send a the command .
no matter what botten i hit is it becous im on a labtop or am i missing something somewere iv read the rules over and over and don't see any thing that helps me i try to "Say" but i can't so am i gust missing something or do i need to look into a new keybord?
