Pain-eel file problem

well, i done reinstalled eq, and updated, and done complete file check on eq patcher. and when i go to log in on my mage, i get a error saying i donot have paineel files and the game crashes, can someone help me out here?

Download the LoY and optional files with live patcher, that should fix it, I think.

well, i did do that, and i got the pain eel file which i noticed while i was downloading. now that i go to launch the game, it crashes at the char creation screen, the game will not work now, what should i do? I own the full Loy expansion and LDON expansion, should i install both and see what happens or what?
