error opening packed file system

Get error opening packed file system error trying to launch after patcher, Help please!

I keep getting the same error unloading packed file system message after I click run on the WR patcher any help with this would be greatly apriciated

Are you able to run it without the patcher? If so, just let the patcher download the files and manually move them into your everquest directory and run the game without the patcher.
