Re-installed EQ and now I can't access my account

Please help. I can log in and create a new character, but I'd like to play with my established characters.

How long since you last played? I think they remove accounts with 3 months of inactivity.

We don't. EQemu did a purge of accounts. You can make a new one and have your old chars moved to it.

We did one character purge at the start of 2004, so if you played before October of 2003 you're SOL.
