Hi there, as you know I am new to this. I left Live about 5 months ago leaving behind a lvl 65 druid which I had played for 4 years. I am missing EQ but did not want to go back to the same old. I found your server but am having trouble getting the program to respond ;( . I followed the directions ( I think blond moment), The screen loads up at the old eq log in screen (kunark days) But when I hit the log in I get a message saying Can not find server. somethign something check eqhost.txt. I found this file in my EQ directory and it is set to

Host=eqemulator.net:5995

any Idea how I can get into your world? Thanx :D

Ok figuaring this stuff out. got rid of the first message now I am getting an error 1001 message grrrrr sometimes things just got to be difficult

You have the wrong host. That's the newlooking eqhost.txt. What you have to do is download patcher and click RUN, once it's done downloading.
